​General Terms and Condition as under
01 All right reserve with developers for any changes in plan & specification
02 Non regular payment shall cause cancellation of booking
03 Electricity connection, Stamp Duty, Legal Charges, GST other TAX, Laboriousness and initial maintenance will be levied extra.
04 Any additional liabilities due to change in the laws, stamp dusty, government policy , subsidy terms, will be borne by members who booked those investment or purchased unit with us either it is in residential, commercial or in industrial field
05 Change in external elevation will not be permitted after completion of project by member who part on this project as customer
06 Interior change will be possible to held but it will be only by getting prior permission by secretory or developers in writing.
07 If any extra facility asking by customer for project or for self that will be chargeable.
08 Detail and dimension in brochure any other print media or in any where on the site or other digital media is just for prior intimation actual things will be clear before booking with developers and indicated details will count as tentative representation only which will not be treated as legal documents.
09 Possession of the unit will be given only after full payment deposited by customer
10 All right reserve with Panorama Developers in the benefits of company existence in favor of entity existence will change without any prior notification also legal settlement or support and claim area will be Company register city Ahmedabad, Gujarat Only.
Privacy Policy
Applied terms and condition will be set as per company selling marketing cum production policy will not be disclosed against in public where more information will be provided by once demand.
Return Policy
Invested amount directly will gain as per market strategy or market driven policy for long time investment but some how client need to be withdrawal those investment they can do it to sale or handover those investment in other client and earn it by self or some how they can inform us to make some deal behalf of them where we are help full them according our company policy and other related terms and condition for more detail please contact

01 Client need to be inform before 3 months in writing for making any finalization regarding returning or transferring his fund to other customer.
02 There is two kind of circumstances where customer can make refund application one if he is not able to full fill the full payment or second when he need to be eager to get benefits on his investments on the base of his property with us under projection till fulfillment of it.
03 Also we repeatedly inform that customer need to declare his wish to make refund or transfer his investment to another customer that will be prior inform us in writing before 3 month to making any finalization this regards.
04 This is not a retail business it is as building and land development project where customer investing those fund as buyer or as investment, In our project gaining benefit by property valuation thus getting refund will be possible if they will set any other customer for those who willing to need same property as present customer held. so in sort there is refund policy call as fund transfer to another client who will give proper benefits as property valuation in future as market calculation
